1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of 9Store India ("9Store", "we", "us"), available at this website. By browsing the site, creating an order or completing a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or purchasing with the consent of a legal guardian) and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Description of service

9Store sells digital products — including but not limited to templates, ebooks, presets, guides, checklists and software tools — at a flat price of ₹9 per product unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is made through an on-screen download link and/or an email containing the download link, immediately after a successful payment.

3. User obligations

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout, including a valid email address for delivery.
• You agree not to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share purchased files or download links.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, disrupt its operation, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or download credentials issued to you.

4. Intellectual property and licence

All content on this site — including the 9Store name, logo, copy, design and all digital products — is owned by 9Store India or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law. Unless the product page states otherwise, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or claim authorship of any product, in original or modified form.

5. Pricing and payment terms

Products are priced at a flat ₹9 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. 9Store does not collect, view or store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. We reserve the right to change pricing or withdraw any product at any time; changes do not affect completed orders. An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully authorised by the gateway.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". While we curate every listing, we make no warranty that a product will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular outcome, financial or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Store's total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or the use of this site shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.

8. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers for payments, email delivery and hosting. We are not responsible for outages, errors or policies of those providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any resulting delivery issue.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us so that we may attempt a good-faith resolution.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, with an updated revision date.
