No physical shipping

9Store India sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping address, courier partner or shipping fee is involved in any order.

How delivery works

• Complete payment of ₹9 through our Razorpay checkout.
• A download link appears on the confirmation screen immediately.
• The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

Delivery timeline

Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases. Email delivery typically completes within a few minutes, and in rare cases of provider delay may take up to 2 hours.

If your product does not arrive

• Check your spam, promotions and updates folders for an email from us.
• Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• Still nothing? Email official.9shop@gmail.com with your order ID and payment reference. We re-send the file, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.

Undelivered orders

If we are unable to deliver your product at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
